See Major New Features Coming to Whatsapp

The biggest messaging app in the world whatsapp will be getting new features soon. I’m sure we all love the already available features and the recently released features such as quote-in-reply… Something more is coming.

According to a report recently leaked by German publication Macerkopf, new features were spotted in the WhatsApp for iOS beta: Larger Emojis, Music Sharing, Mentions and Public Groups.

Larger Emojis

The report states that the mobile messaging app will start supporting larger emojis soon. the WhatsApp Beta team revealed that the emojis will be three times bigger than the current ones, almost the same size introduced with iOS 10.

Music Sharing

You all know that WhatsApp already allows sharing of pictures, videos, files, contacts and links. Now it’s time for the Music sharing feature.

The report states that users will be able to share music stored locally as well as Apple Music tracks. The recipient will not only see a music icon but also album art. Current ‘audio’ files sharing does not have this functionality.

Mentions

If you’re a Twitter user, you would know how the Mention feature works. The one on WhatsApp is said to be similar. You can tag people in your address book within a chat.

Public Groups

The introduction of Public Groups will allow anyone with a link to the group to post to it. But the power to shut down the group will be in the admin’s hands.

What About Video Calling?

Rumors about video calling have been wearing singlets and boxers for a very long time and few weeks ago, Android beta testers saw this feature show up with their latest updates of the app. Video calling feature on WhatsApp is the most awaited feature and we are expecting to launch soonest.

Phyno Unveils Title Of Sophomore Album

Penthauze act, Azubuike Chibuzo Nelson, also known as Phyno, has revealed the title of his sophomore album.
The Igbo rapper has stated that much would be expected in the album as he has been working towards it on a low key.
“I have been working on my album on a low key, and the sophomore album drops this year. The title of the album will be ‘the playmaker’.
The rapper, who explained that he got the title from friends, said, “Well it’s something that people have been calling me for a while now, when the album drops finally, you are going to understand why it’s the playmaker, even on the football field, you know who a playmaker is, likewise business, that’s the role am playing in the album.”
Phyno started his musical career as a producer in 2003. He is renowned for rapping in Igbo language. His debut studio album, ‘No Guts No Glory’, was released in 2014. It produced the singles “Ghost Mode”, “Man of the Year”, “Parcel” and “O Set”.
As a producer, he has worked with artists such as Timaya, Flavour, Ruggedman, Bracket, J Martins and Mr Raw.

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney says he is willing to sign a contract extension which would see him retire at Old Trafford.
Rooney has three years remaining on his current deal and recently admitted that he doesn't envisage himself playing for another club.
And the 30-year-old has now extended those thoughts by admitting he is prepared to end his playing days at United by putting pen to paper on a new deal.
"I have a contract at the club that I want to see out and wouldn't be against extending it - but that's up to the club,” Rooney told United We Stand fanzine, in quotes reported by The Sun.
Rooney has also revealed that he is ready to become a permanent fixture in midfield under Jose Mourinho next season.

Speaking with journalists shortly after he returned from the UK today, President Buhari said he is fit and even jokingly challenged a journalist to a wrestling competition.

As known, Airtel released the cheapest data plans for internet users. The 6GB data which goes for N500 and the 2GB plan for N200. These plans would be on demand by most internet user, but the only limitation about this package is that you can only browse under 2G networks.

I’ve revealed subscription code for the New Airtel plan here, and most users are already mailing me on how they can easily bypass the 2G network limit on their devices. Right now, I got a working method on how the limitation can be lifted, and instead of browsing on 2G network, you can flex same package on 3G network.

TMZ Sports has obtained exclusive photos of super rich boxer, Floyd Mayweather's new private jet...and it's sick! Floyd reportedly bought the private jet, his second, about two weeks ago.

"It's a 12 passenger Gulfstream III with gold cup holders, gold sink, gold accents throughout. It has all white leather seats and a fully stocked kitchen. He now has two jets. Air Mayweather 1 and 2." Floyd's rep told TMZ

Nigerian wonderkid Samuel Chukwueze to snub Arsenal for FC Porto

Young Nigerian player Samuel Chukwueze is set to snub Arsenal to join Portuguese club FC Porto. Chukwueze and fellow Nigeria Under-17 starlet Kelechi Nwakali were pictured with Arsene Wenger and former Gunners star Nwankwo Kanu ahead of the pair finalising long-term deals with the club which has fallen through but Porto is set to sign the talented Samuel Chukwueze according to a report by Sun UK. 'It appears a deal has now fallen through for Chukwueze and that the youngster will instead commit his future to Porto.

'Chukwueze’s Nigerian club Diamond Academy haggled with the Gunners over a fee for him as Wenger and the club grew frustrated at a lack of movement over a deal which would have seen the youngster bank £7,000 a month.'

'But days ago the deal appeared to have collapsed over Diamond Academy’s desire the net more cash for him with the player now reportedly having grown tired of the deal dragging on.'

'He had the choice of two of Europe’s finest finishing schools and turned down a move to French club Monaco in favour of a move to Portugal.

President of Diamond Academy Martin Apugo said: “Chukwueze is going to FC Porto not Monaco.'

“They are waiting for him to sign the papers but he couldn’t travel because he is with the Flying Eagles.

“We don’t know the length of contract he will sign until we get to Portugal.”

The 30 year old England footballer was pictured taking a leak on the golf course with his team mates ahead of his team's clash with Wales in Euro 2016.

Russian fans ignore UEFA ban threat and attack English/Welsh fans again (photos)

Dozens of Russian fans attacked English and Welsh fans chanting 'we hate Russia' yesterday in Lille, France, despite UEFA threatening to ban Russia and England from the EURO 2016 tournament if fan violence continues.

Punches were thrown during the brawl in the early hours of Tuesday after England fans had left a nearby pub in the Northern French city just hours after UEFA threatened both nations with a ban.
French police dressed in plain clothes had to use pepper spray to disperse the fighters.

English and Welsh fans could be heard chanting 'we're England and Wales, f*** off Russia, we're England and Wales', along with 'We hate Russia', while Russian fans wore Anti-Euro/ Anti-British shirts with one fan inscribing 'Tour de France' and 'f**k Euro 2016 on the front - complete with a map of the host nation.

The fight which started in the morning, later continued at night.

Russia, England and Wales are all in the same group at EURO 2016.
